The product and the engineering have owners. The business needs one too.You own how Isper prices, operates, partners, and grows, with the same care the product gets.
What you will do
- Own pricing and unit economics from the first batch onward.
- Run operations: sourcing, assembly flow, delivery logistics.
- Own the legal and regulatory ground of a product that records conversation.
- Raise and manage capital when it serves the product, not before.
- Build the partnerships worth having and say no to the rest.
What we look for
- You have run the business side of an early product company.
- Your judgment calls on privacy, money, and people hold up years later.
- You are hands-on. There is no staff to delegate to yet.
